Our client’s journey with us begins with a comprehensive assessment that explores their physical health, mental health, substance use, family history, and support system. These assessments help us determine the appropriate level of care and whether we are the right resource or if another service should be recommended. When needed, we can make client calls to complete the assessments in hospitals or other facilities.

An evidence-based treatment theory plan lasting from six months to one year. Tailored to each client’s unique situation, this recovery program includes a comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment plan, group therapy, harm reduction, and holistic therapeutic services. Our program is set for eight hours per week in both group and one-on-one individualized sessions with a state-licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Our program also includes client access to our 12-step onsite meeting, mutual support and fellowship with other seniors, and an ongoing relapse prevention program.

Relapse prevention is our priority, and our exclusive relapse program is designed to help our clients spot triggers, avoid dangerous situations, and learn coping skills. It involves engaging in fun activities, networking, and offering a free continental breakfast every morning for our clients, with coffee and tea readily available.
